Ken Kozel, president and CEO of University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, will be the keynote speaker at a League of Women Voters of Kent County-sponsored program on Thursday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chestertown firehouse. The Evening Enterprise reports Kozel will review the changes that have occurred over the past 10 years at UM Shore Regional Health, including the evolution of the health system and the regional medical center under construction in Easton.
