The Harford County Sheriff’s Office found a 7-year-old boy who was abducted from his elementary school in Churchville. The alert had been issued for Khalil Rodney Ringgold Monday morning. Authrorities issued a release reading, “Khalil has been safely located and is being reunited with his father. The investigation is ongoing and will be reviewed with the Harford County State’s Attorney to determine if any charges are appropriate.” The child disappeared for a time after getting into a car with a male driver at Churchville Elementary School.
