Rock Hall Mayor James Cook of Rock Hall has announced Bob Middleton as their new town manager. Kent County News reports Cook explained that Middleton and his wife, Maria, are long-time Marylanders returning to the Rock Hall and Chestertown area after spending the last 10 years in California supporting both family and work.
The town manager will begin his new role on March 23.
