Defendant Draws 10 Year Sentence In Deadly QAC Shooting

The first of three co-defendants facing charges in connection to the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Christopher Parsley last June has received a 10-year jail sentence, with five years suspended. The Star Democrat reports
Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court Judge Lynn Knight handed down the sentence to 19-year-old Kamryn Andrews, of Seaford, Delaware, on Monday. Andrews, who pleaded guilty to counts of reckless endangerment and handgun on person, will also serve five years probation. The late night summer bonfire in Centreville turned deadly when handguns were brandished after an alleged altercation escalated, according to the Queen Anne’s County state’s attorney.
